In this seminar, we get to know the belief systems that are shaping us. And we learn how to form them in a new way that enables us to regain the LEADERSHIP in our lives.

Here, we learn about our personal past, how it influences our actual life and thus our future. We learn about values and dogmas that we have “inherited”. Those, that we may not need anymore and those, that we should maybe highlight more. They play a role in understanding our ancestors, where and how they used to live. But also in our LIVES today, with our parents, partners and in the upbringing of our children.

About 80 % of the stress we load ourselves with, emerges from our disability to identify stressors duly and to react appropriately. We often use rather rough identification models and simple reaction patterns. Stress, tension and disease can be the result. However, we have a choice: We can avoid stressful situations, go along with our “destiny” indulgently, or learn to change our behavior individually according to the stress situation. The active way, the DOING, is the royal road to health and success in life.

Money is actually a spiritual topic: Every currency, the stock market, the economy and even politics are based on faith and trust. If it is missing, their value decreases.
