Seminars

Jutta Hahr is teacher for Kinesiology and Hawaiian Bodywork. She conducts, organizes, and translates seminars on Kino Mana and Hula.

Kino Mana is based on the 5000-year-old tradition of the well-approved Hawaiian philosophy of life. Aloha International, the global network of Huna practicing teachers, links the tradition to our modern world. Kino Mana is Hawaiian for "flow of life energy". The gentle but powerful massage raises well-beeing and personal change in a vital way.

Kino Mana workshops are divided into two levels. The "Practitioner Training", Kino Mana I-III, is for people who are interested in applying Hawaiian Bodywork practically. The second level, Kino Mana IV-V, represents the training for teachers. Here people who use Hawaiian Bodywork practically receive the necessary trainings to become a skillful, respectful and sensitive Kino Mana teacher.

Hula is a traditional Hawaiian dance. It tells different stories through gentle movements. Hula helps in improving imagination and coordination, and offers new powerful ways of expression. The dance itself and its history are covered in a workshop. More information about Hula can be found here.
